This is in response to an article on Facebook from the turning point. We still have to grow in love, people and we’ve still got a long way to go.
- Not all abortion is unnecessary. Some is necessary. You cannot in right mind or heart outlaw all abortions and be walking in love.
- The Bible says Love Never Fails. The core root of the problem is not abortion but lack of love for God and for people. Abortion is just one of the symptoms of the deeper problem. If you wish to overcome abortion, you do not need to grow in accusations or legal endeavors, if you are claiming Christ, we need first to grow in love.
I know my blogs need editing. I’m sorry I have brain processing issues and it takes a little long time but I feel God desires needed to put the word out there. So I apologize for any error. I do not believe in AI. I refuse to support any more systems that continue to take meaningful work away from society. Any mistakes are my own.
Greed is the bigger problem than abortion right now.
The core root of the problem is a lack of love for God and people. Abortion is the symptom. The word of God says because they didn’t count the knowledge of God worth retaining he gave them over, so how are we doing? As we drink our Starbucks and tell people how to live their lives and give up sex, but we can’t give up our Starbucks for our money to take care of the poor in order to be obedient to God’s commands? When you read Romans chapter 1 the Apostle Paul is setting up sort of like you would a court case, and he talks about how they were Wicked and they did this and they did that, and then Romans chapter 2 verse 1 he brings it home. If you get a chance read it and then read chapter 3. See the message of the good news of Jesus Christ is that Jesus came to die for sinners. He died for the Pharisees who in the name of God commanded he be tortured and killed. He died for the prostitutes, for Mary Magdalene, for Rahab from years past, he died for the disciples who ran away and for Peter who denied him.
Have you ever wondered why Jesus when he met the woman at the well didn’t give her the wrong theological explanation of why she should not have had five divorces and why she absolutely should not be living with a man right now? Do you ever wonder why he didn’t go into the town to make sure that her laws were put into place? She was there by herself. Maybe we don’t know she couldn’t have children, but after five husbands maybe there are other things that she had done? You know what’s really weird, he starts the conversation not by judging and condemning her but by asking for something that she has that he needs. A drink of water. The king of the universe, the son of God spoke to a woman which was forbidden for a rabbi in his culture, and he spoke to a Samaritan which was also forbidden. And yet he was there just for her.
Now hear this women and scream if you have to, you notice how Jesus wasn’t concerned with the laws that have been added to the word of God? And he didn’t abide by them, but he did abide by the respect for male Authority that is in the word of God in the old Covenant. And before he started his conversation with her, his first sentence was go and call your husband. Why would he say this? Because the husband was the covering over the woman. One of the most powerful gifts given to Eve after the fall was Godly submission to Adam’s male Authority. I can hear the screams already. Take a look at my picture I’m female too yes I was born female. See the problems with abortion and the problems that we’re dealing with gender started way longer ago than that and when we want everybody to transition and be obedient to the word of God, we will have to lead by example. You see the devil fell to Pride. And God and His mercy and love wanted to show the world what Godly submission looks like because the Antichrist Spirit does not submit to God’s Authority and so he gave Eve and the women to follow one of the most powerful gifts against the Antichrist spirit, the gift of Godly submission to male Authority so the world could see even the spirit realm could see what humility looks like and what trust in God looks like. It wasn’t submitting to abuse. And there have been so many lies, so many falsehoods thrown to men and women and the definition of male and female by the spirit of Darkness. Nowhere does God command men to be masculine or women to be feminine. I don’t know where that got made up but it got made up somewhere. And no not all born males or stronger than all born females, yes sometimes there is that dynamic and it does have more of a tendency that way, but that wasn’t the big important thing. You see women were given power of Godly submission to male Authority so the world could see what it looks like to submit to God because even as Eve was to submit to Adam, Adam was to submit to God and there is nothing but Pride that resists Godly submission. And we all know that Proverbs 6 teaches that pride is an Abomination as is lies. There were a lot of twistings. Nowhere did God say that she was less intelligent. However Eve was given a gift that Adam did not have, she was given a womb. And she was created so that Adam not be alone. And thankfully at least in this tiny piece we still have something of a comprehension that we are human beings not human doings. There is so much power in simply being with another person. Just being there fighting the darkness that tries to divide and destroy. Just being a presence. She was the home Warrior and even as in one sense Adam was to keep her safe and you see throughout the old Covenant the gift given to men and the greater responsibility before God which was fearful. If a man made a vow before God he was bound by his vow no matter what, but if a woman made a vow Before the Throne of God and the husband or her father deemed it was a foolish vow, he could nullify the vow when he heard of it.
You can see the beauty when Hannah the mother of Samuel made a vow to turn her first born child over to God to serve not just in the temple of God but in the temple of God in a season where the priests were completely corrupt and Evil. But her husband when he heard of it said may God make good your vow. He was United with his wife that this would be a worship to God and God honored Hannah in her great faith turning her child over to such a wicked environment in the temple of the Living God and it was her son that was Samuel the prophet. There is so much power in Godly submission to Authority both for men and women but women were the ones given the gift to show the world what respect and godly submission looks like.
So why are we in this place where women want to destroy the life within their own womb? Because they are blind and Evil? No because we are. Romans chapters 1 2 and 3. Because they didn’t count the knowledge of God worth retaining he gave them over. That’s from Romans chapter 1, so how are we doing counting the knowledge of God worth retaining friend? Greed in the Bible is as damnable as Sin as murder? Maybe we could outlaw overspending in America and live simply? I’ve become pretty enamored with the Amish and the Mennonites of late though I’m sure they have their faults as well. Anybody wishing to see somebody changed Direction regarding abortion, do this simple thing: give up chocolate coffee eating out and Starbucks just simply for the rest of your life, add to that very simply giving up social media scrolling or anything not needed for business or the benefit of believers, just give up those things for the rest of your life and take your time energy money and resources and get into the suffering of this world. You see comfortable was never a command of Jesus in Scripture or a command of God in the Old Testament. And neither was Thou shalt be complacent. Actually I believe he said judge not and you will not be judged and with the measure you judge you will be judged. Oh bless God well we’re not being judging we’re just being so kind and loving for those poor horrible sinful people that are killing these children. Okay. What about your equally damnable sins? Pride is an abomination according to scripture. Greed is equal to the sin of murder. See followers of Jesus Christ are called to live for God and God is considered with Justice for the oppressed. The Kingdom of Heaven is busy taking care of the poor, so how are we doing? The Apostle Paul I believe it was said religion that God considers pure faultless to take care of Orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. What books are in your home? What movies are you watching? Do you not understand that there is a spiritual dynamic to everything that’s out there and it will either push people away from God or to him. I haven’t heard of a Revival being started by Harry Potter yet so why do Christians pour their money into that? Yes there is a balance because we are in the world but not of it and there are people that are called to relate to those who are not Christian. So people are called to different walks, but child of God for whom Jesus Christ died, if you want women stop committing abortions, take a look at your time energy money and resources, stop living for the Flesh in the world and surrender Our Lives fully for God, downsize to a smaller house if you have to, the next time you’re tempted to purchase an expensive car get the cheapest thing that you can safely drive without it being more expensive, and pour the excess into the kingdom of heaven and in love for the world. We are the richest generation in millenia. I often have felt the day of judgment is going to be very different than people think. Take heed to Christ’s words. As you have done to the least of these so you have done to me. Was he busy passing laws to make sure people didn’t sin? Or did he take the punishment for their sin and our sin upon himself and offer the woman at the well the Water of Life freely. No judgment. Just life. So perhaps those of us who are claiming the right to life, can dive in a little deeper to help provide it. Be careful how you accuse people. Proverbs 6 says that lies is an abomination. So speak the truth and love your enemies and do good to those who hate you. Because if we cannot be obedient to the laws of God why would we expect those who do not know Christ to do the same? And if we cannot simply give up our Starbucks perhaps we should first and foremost be lifting up the cross of Jesus Christ, for the savior of the world died for Sinners such as we. Because thank God, nothing is impossible with God. Even the rich can be saved, you know those people with three meals a day and hot running water? God’s peace
